It’s an insteresting theory, as it goes, but is it possible that all the ancient civilizations using the information available to them at the time had to reach the same conclusion. The world as they know it has to end, but because of the limits of their scientific knowledge and subsequent heavy reliance on the spiritual world they needed to select an end date, well beyond their own comprension at the time. We won’t know until 12/12/12.

i believe that many ancient monuments provided the same information which is why they were so comprehensively destroyed by all the empires that have risen and fallen over the ages. The only problem is that the creation of the gregorian calender has disconnected our current “timeline” from the original calender systems. it could be only 1999 for all we know. it says in the bible “they will change the laws and the times” would make sense having gone to so much trouble to confuse us.

Interesting that there is so much emphasis on doom. I get the feeling these ancient builders were aware of a cosmic cycle that relates to the awakening of mankind, which is not the end of the world, just the transition to a new one.
